The era of bargaining with Brooks - mainly for stuff he doesn’t want to do/eat - has begun! Today at lunch at home he was acting like a 2-year-old (har) and wanted to watch Elmo instead of eat. So after awhile we set a piece of chicken nugget aside on his plate and said, “If you eat that piece of chicken, you can watch Elmo.” He looked at it and us and snatched it up and ate it! So of course we then turned on Elmo. Yay! It’s a dawn of a new age with him - it’ll make a lot of things easier.
