remote access
Buffalo's Wireless Secure Remote Gateway "offers secure access to [home] PC desktop and network resources." The coolest thing about it it features the Wake-On-LAN technology, which allows you to actually boot up a shutdown computer remotely! Example: you're on vacation and want to pull up some file on a computer at home, but you shut that computer down before your trip. Wake-On-LAN allows to you to tell that computer to start up so you can access that file! Slick feature built into a home network product, IMHO.
